African Hand-Carved Wooden Colonial Figures

These African decorative, hand-carved, wooden Colonial figures, hailing from the Ivory Coast, are a perfect blend of African and European cultures. There are no two men or women alike and they stand on their own.  They also come in a large variety of colors, shapes as well as, sizes.  They are all dressed-up in "colonial clothes."  The men either wear pith helmets (normally hand-carved by Christians) or Fez hats (mostly carved by Muslims.)  These colonial figures are more striking in pairs or groups of 3 or more.
